Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Specialist to perform
complex financial analysis and budget management for a hospital
service line or department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial planning, forecasting, and modeling to support
budget development and performance monitoring
Prepare complex financial reports and analyses for executive-level
review and decision-making
Collaborate with department managers to advise on financial results
and budget variances
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or
university
Six years of progressively responsible experience in financial
analysis and budgeting
Knowledge of financial forecasting techniques and budgeting
principles
Experience in developing and managing financial systems and
policies
Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
related to finance
