Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Drug Development Project
Manager - Home-Based (US or Canada).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate comprehensive plans and progress of teams
from pre-clinical stages to commercialization
Maintain integrated cross-functional project plans, aligning them
with corporate strategy and managing project timelines, budgets,
and resources
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and manage
changes towards common project goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in a health-related discipline or
equivalent experience
At least 10 years of drug development experience across distinct
phases and disease areas
A minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience in a
Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
Strong project management skills with advanced planning experience
using MS Project
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an
advantage
