Best Fitness is a growing privately-held company based in Nashua, NH with 10 locations throughout MA, NH & NY. We do not believe in the status quo. Position We're looking for a Fitness Director with some management experience, a Nationally Accredited Personal Training certificate and a willingness to achieve specialty certifications, CPR and any other certifications that may be required. The Fitness Director will be responsible for the development and performance of all personal training activities including, promoting and selling personal training programs, hiring and training staff, resolving member concerns, demonstrating the proper use of equipment, process all sales and transactions using applications and technology. The pay range we are offering is a base salary plus commissions with an annual earning potential of $45,000 to $75,000.We offer

  • Current CPR/AED certification or commitment to obtain within 3 months of hire *
  • One of the following Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certifications is required: NSCA-CSCS, ?NSCA-CPT, ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFPA, NFPT, or PTA Global
  • Management experience preferred
