The Wendy's Company is hiring management of all levels!

- General Manager : $52,500 to $94,000 + bonus + benefits
- Assistant General Manager : $18 to $27 per hour + benefits
- Shift Manager : $17.90 to $22.05 per hour + benefits

Locations: Corporate-owned locations throughout Whitman, Marshfield, Abington, Hanover and Rockland

Key responsibilities vary based on position but can include:
- Effectively managing employees and team members
- Day to day operations of 1.5 million dollar restaurant
- Participate in training and development of all team members
- Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needs
- Assist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints
- Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
- See that restaurant adheres to compliance policies at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Required:
- Recent management experience
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Self Motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
