  Active MA RN License required at the time of submission.
  BLS certification required.
  Experience:
  
  1-2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.
  Must be able to circulate in the OR (this is a requirement).
  Vaccination Requirements:
  
  COVID vaccine and booster are required at the time of submission (declinations not accepted).
  2024-2025 flu vaccine required at the time of submission; if not available, an attestation stating the candidate will receive it prior to starting is acceptable.
