REQUIRED Job Description: - Provide high-quality nursing care
specific to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Collaborate
effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal
patient outcomes - Monitor and assess the health condition of
patients, identifying changes and executing appropriate
interventions - Support and educate families regarding the care and
needs of the patient - Ensure that the environment of care meets
the quality and safety standards - Maintain accurate and timely
documentation within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system -
Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of
care - Engage in continuous professional development and comply
with mandatory training - Be flexible and willing to float to other
units if required This position is an excellent opportunity for
