Do they know when they need to escalate it up? Get a very large volume of substance abuse and intox, so need to make sure comfortable with behavioral health; please ask about scheduling requirements up front so they can plan for thisMust have some vents experience,entitle CO2, and computer skills. They are a certified stroke facility and have magnet status. Peds ER experience a HUGE plus.
