Role Summary
At Signature Flight Support Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and coordination to meet customer needs.
  • Process customer purchases, fuel transactions, and other services in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our facilities, services, and surrounding areas to provide expert recommendations to our customers.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers, adhering to our facility appearance standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide exceptional concierge services, including arranging reservations, ground transportation, and catering appointments, as requested by our customers.
  • Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information, portals, and computers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Adhere to our company's policies, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and others.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
    • Proficiency in computer operations, including internet, email, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
    • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items, as required by the job.
    • Valid state driver's license, where applicable.
    • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive an airport security badge, as required by the company.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
