Job Responsibilities:

• Creative Store Layout: Develop and maintain an optimized store layout that showcases our products in an attractive and easy-to-navigate manner.
• Sales and Purchasing Targets: Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales and purchasing targets, ensuring a strong inventory management system is in place.
• Analysis and Reporting: Assist the Team Leader in analyzing sales reports and labor data to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including new items and seasonal offerings.
• Vendor Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to ensure employee growth and satisfaction.
• Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer needs and feedback.
  Job Requirements:
  
  • Retail Experience: 18+ months of retail experience, with 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
