Brand: Spencer'sJob DescriptionThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by:

• Developing staff
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory controlThis must be done in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.Minimum RequirementsThe minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
