join our team for a fully remote 8-month contract opportunity. The
Senior Application Programmer will be responsible for designing,
coding, compiling, testing, debugging, and documenting new and
existing web applications as well as maintenance/support of
existing applications.What You'll DoWeb development with C#,
ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and HTMLDesigns, codes, compiles,
tests, debugs and documents new and existing web applications,
maintenance and support of existing applicationsPerforming quality
assurance reviews and testing on new codeParticipates in all
necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with
Scrum CeremoniesProvide technical knowledge transfer, training,
documentation, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for all
requested workMonitor, review and audit performance of the
customer-agency's replacement software and make performance
improvementsWhat You'll NeedRequired5+ years of C# experience5+
years of ASP.NET Core experience5+ years of Entity Framework
experience2+ years of experience working in an Agile / Scrum
environment2+ years of recent experience developing applications
using .Net version 5 or greater2+ years of VueJS, Bootstrap,
Javascript, SQL Server (T-SQL), Distributed Design Systems
(SOA/Microservices), and DevOps Practices (CI/CD)
experienceExperience with monitoring/observability platforms and
instrumenting applications totrace transactions, and provide timely
alerts around issuesPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and
successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with
the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work
that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with
