Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Resolution Specialist to
join their Yield Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send collection letters to providers
Follow up on outstanding claims and verify their status
Investigate claim disputes and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent education
1 to 3 years of prior collections or customer service
experience
Billing or coding experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft applications
