What We OfferMedical and Dental401KPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesPaid TrainingResponsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.Communicate with customer on parts status.Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.Reviews body shop estimates to ensure the ordered parts are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.Provides high-level service to internal and external customers.Pulls and fills orders from stock.Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.Locates out-of-stock parts from an outside source and submits an emergency order.Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair orders.Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.Requirements: CDK experience is preferred but not required.Subaru experience a major plus.Have a high school diploma or equivalent.Can work in a fast-paced work environment.Have strong organizational and time management skills.Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm, Saturday 7:00am - 2:00pm, 1hr lunchCompensation details: 17-18 Hourly WagePI0e6a913ae515-25660-35803476
