Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Process Analyst, Community
Organizing Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and co-creation of best practices for community
organizers
Assist in building alignment between organizers and other
contributor cohorts
Develop workflows and support data-informed decision-making for
organizing activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or Master's
degree with 3 years of related experience
Familiarity with the Wikimedia movement and experience in
organizing campaigns
Experience developing workflows using online tools for project
management
Experience designing learning materials and processes in
multicultural settings
Experience working with distributed remote teams from diverse
backgrounds
