Neuroscience Sales Specialist where you will work to enhance
Neuroscience product promotion efforts within your assigned
territory. In this role, you will communicate clinical and
scientific knowledge about our Neuroscience product(s) to
appropriate HCPs in the psychiatric space, as well as some in
primary care, and will work to achieve sales goals as defined by
organization.About the role:Be the primary representative to
communicate clinical and scientific knowledge about our Central
Nervous System (CNS) product(s) to PsychiatristsCultivate and
nurture disease state/product advocates (Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
speakers) from within the Psychiatric community to include teaching
institutionsEnhance CNS product promotion efforts within your
assigned territoryThis role will report to the Neuroscience
District Business ManagerHow you will contribute:Engage customers
in a way that reflects understanding of their environment and
provides insight relevant to their market and practiceBuild sales
and product marketing strategies with to achieve sales goalsDevelop
and grow working relationships with Psychiatrists, medical
institutions, medical and academic societiesCultivate and support
KOL CNS speakers to be used locally and nationallyCreate compliant
partnerships with Clinical Science Liaisons to engage psychiatric
communityBe a direct liaison to the CNS Marketing and Sales
leadership teams; by providing market intelligence/insights to
influence sales and promotional strategy/resourcesComply and follow
our Compliance Guidelines, Code of Conduct, and Promotional
Practices.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's
degree3 years pharmaceutical industry experienceMust be 18 years of
age or older with valid driver's license and an acceptable driving
recordAbility to travel 70% of the time, including overnight and
occasionally on weekendsMust have authorization and ability to
drive a company leased vehicle or rentalPreferred:Previous
Specialty or CNS experienceInstitutional/account selling
experienceScientific backgroundKnowledge and Skills:Industry
Knowledge - understands the pharmaceutical industry and the
prescription drug distribution process at a regional levelProduct
Knowledge - complete understanding of the medical/therapeutic usage
of the products.Sales Techniques - Displays a broad understanding
of the strategic goals of the pharmaceutical sales marketplace;
understand different sales techniques.Advanced clinical and
marketplace knowledgeBusiness Acumen - understanding business
principles and practices relevant to the hospital marketplace, and
applying them to more effectively support the businessOrganization
& Time Management - Ability to set priorities & maintain accurate
and detailed records of appointments, sales calls, follow-up calls,
samples, key account contacts.Strategic implementation - ability to
understand and implement the hospital account strategiesProblem
solving/analytical skills - ability to analyze a wide variety of
data including sales and market data to make decisions.Relationship

practices.For Location:California - VirtualU.S. Base Salary
Range:$107,200.00 - $147,400.00The estimated salary range reflects
an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary
offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the
qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years
of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of
education attained, certifications or other professional licenses
held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from
which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location.U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and
long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition
