Job SummarySignature Flight Support Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ramp Service Agent to join our team. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft.Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including fueling, de-icing, and other ground support services.
• Operate and maintain ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest procedures and technologies.Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid state driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain airport security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous experience in aviation or customer service.
    • Knowledge of ground service equipment and procedures.
