Based out of the Boston office, the Enterprise Account Executive we
seek is bright, innovative and passionate. This is a tremendous
opportunity for someone who can immediately begin growing existing
client relationships as well as calling into targeted prospects to
establish new relationships and earn new clients.
The product you will represent is by far the most comprehensive,
flexible and scalable product in the Staffing and Recruiting
software market. You will have the advantage of a large,
referenceable customer database, strong marketing support and work
on a team of smart, hungry inside sales reps dedicated to helping
uncover qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new
business within the Staffing and Recruiting market, with specific
focus on penetration into the Enterprise Market (60+ end
users).
Emphasis will be placed on detailed tracking of sales
targets/prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, customer
presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating and closing
sales.
Will need to develop a thorough understanding of the company's
products, updating service knowledge and sales presentations as
technical specifications change to ensure consistency with the
current marketing position.
Will research key accounts to gain understanding of their market
and industry, and to assess business opportunities.
Will optimize territory potential through targeting prospects,
conducting customer site visits and demonstrating the product.
Will develop proposals, to include identification of software needs
and completion of the Statement of Work.
Will prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing
customers
Will provide high-level oversight during implementation and
training phase of transaction to include customer contact and
working closely with Implementation and Professional Services teams
to ensure high-quality implementation support.
Will practice effective, ongoing customer relationship management
techniques.
Will work closely with sales operations to coordinate leads in
order to build the Account Executive's pipeline.
Requires submission of standard sales reports, such as weekly
forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and
expense reports on a regular and timely basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must have a minimum of 7+ years related sales experience, including
experience selling software solutions.
Must have a PROVEN track record of results in selling Enterprise
level software.
Must have experience in selling to Enterprise level prospects.
Ability to work with technical teams and personnel to overcome
service delivery obstacles is required.
Demonstrated ability to participate effectively as part of and
within a team atmosphere is required.
Proficient knowledge of and ability to work with internet and
technology business applications is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the
ability to speak publicly to groups, and create and deliver
effective, polished presentations is required.
Must have strong territory and contact management skills.
Must have strong consultative and solution selling skills.
Must have strong project management skills.
Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity,
self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work,
confidence.
You must be willing to travel to develop relationships and uncover
opportunities.
Must have demonstrated success in a customer-focused
environment.

* Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to
new hardware, or to improve its performance.
* Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine
feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
* Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment
functioning to ensure specifications are met.
* Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific
analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and
consequences of design.
* Supervise the work of programmers, technologists and technicians
and other engineering and scientific personnel.
* Train users to use new or modified equipment.
* Specify power supply requirements and configuration.
* Recommend purchase of equipment to control dust, temperature, and
humidity in area of system installation.
